Terms of Service
These Terms describe the rules for using sha3 public pages, merchant tools, checkout pages, APIs, documentation, and related services.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Service use
These Terms apply to access and use of the sha3 public site, merchant console, checkout pages, APIs, documentation, and related services. If you have a separate signed agreement with sha3, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, sanctions, tax, consumer protection, anti-money-laundering, and payment rules.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, webhook secrets, signer keys, and authorized user access secure. Activity performed through your account or credentials may be treated as authorized unless you notify us of a security issue.
You must provide accurate account and merchant information and keep it current.
Payments and blockchain activity
Blockchain transactions can be irreversible after broadcast or confirmation. You are responsible for verifying payment amounts, chain selections, token selections, destination addresses, webhook endpoints, and integration behavior before using the service in production.
Balances, fees, settlements, confirmations, and transaction states are shown according to the records and network data available to sha3. Network delays, chain reorganizations, third-party outages, and incorrect merchant configuration can affect timing and availability.
Restrictions
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or prohibited activity, or to interfere with service security, availability, rate limits, authentication, monitoring, or other users.
We may suspend or restrict access when needed to protect users, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or reduce operational or security risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided without warranties except where expressly required by law or a separate signed agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that every blockchain network or third-party dependency will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sha3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by credentials misuse, incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported assets, network conditions, or third-party systems.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the account support channel.
